5 Peaks RV Park Policies

Sites

Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle. Extra vehicles & boats must register at booking, park in designated areas and pay additional fee ($10)

Rates

The rate for each site includes 2 adults. Up to 6 additional guests are allowed per site at $2/night+ tax per guest excluding children under 12.

Cancellations

RESERVATIONS require a one night deposit. There is a CANCELLATION fee of $25.00 should you cancel prior to 30 days. If less than 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions. No refunds for early or unexpected departures.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs excluding pitbulls are limited to 3 per site. Dogs must be kenneled or kept on a fixed leash no longer than 6 feet and not left unattended, allowed to bark or chase wildlife. Pets are not allowed in our yard or neighboring yards. Complimentary waste bags may be obtained at the dumpster.

Garbage

Garbage should be in sealed plastic bags and placed in dumpster.

Water Pressure

Water pressure regulators are highly recommended. We will not be held responsible for damage to RVs as a result of water pressure fluctuation.

Fires and BBQs

Portable propane fires and charcoal grills are permitted in park; wood campfires are not. Quiet time is 10pm-8am.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for bad weather, early departures or failure to read Park Policies prior to booking.

Site Guarantee

Advanced booking guarantees you a site, not necessarily a specific one. This is especially true for single night stays. While we do our best to honor requests, circumstance sometimes requires that we move people.

Management Responsibility

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or their property.
